The flaxseed minute muffin is something I always crave after I’ve had a few really unhealthy meals. Being on vacation mode on and off for the last couple of months, means that I’ve had more than my fair share of unhealthy vacation food lol. If you’re trying to cut your carb intake, following the paleo diet, gluten free, or if you just have a craving for bread, this is a great choice for you. After all… it really only takes a minute and a half in the microwave and you get a delicious bread that’s soft, satisfying, and healthy.
